We had an amazing experience staying here, especially when the staff helped us resolve a car issue and the breakfast was top-notch! The outdoor swimming pool and cozy sun loungers made for a perfect relaxation spot. The only small hiccup was that the bed felt a bit firm for us, but it didn’t take away from our stay at all! 😊

The spacious room provided a lovely place to relax after a long day of sightseeing, and the breakfast offered a wide range of delicious options. We particularly enjoyed having a coffee shop just a short walk away, where the coffee was exceptional. However, the location was a bit further from the old town than expected, which required quite a walk in the heat during the day.

I had a great three-night stay at Giralda Center. The location made it easy to explore the city. I appreciated the modern, clean design of the room. Room 512 was spacious, with excellent soundproofing and amazing blackout curtains. Staff interactions were enjoyable, especially Victoria at reception, who was professional and funny. However, there was some inconsistency with the breakfast staff on the second and third day. They seemed more focused on chatting with each other than on attending to guests’ needs. Thankfully, the breakfast spread was good overall. I also faced a minor issue with a suitcase that was resolved quickly by Mariano, from maintenance. Overall, my experience was fantastic, but the breakfast service could use improvement.

My spacious double room had a high-quality Bluetooth sound system, letting me vibe out to my favorite tracks whenever I wanted. Plus, I indulged in a fabulous breakfast buffet, with all sorts of local goodies to kickstart my day!

Discovered the pool was under maintenance after arriving on the terrace, which was a major letdown. The room’s setup left a lot to be desired, as the twin beds pushed together didn’t provide any intimacy for couples. Ironing facilities were inadequate. no board or drawers in the room made getting ready a hassle. Furthermore, not having complimentary water available is an unusual oversight for an establishment in this price range.
